Job Description

  • A full-time consulting position that deals mainly with supporting the health care organizations.
  • Involves steps like workforce transformation, learning, and human-centered change initiatives.
  • This role will require the person to assist not only the clinicians but also the staff and the management to successfully adopt the new tools, processes, and ways of modernized working.
  • The work will be based on standard full-time hours weekly.
  • There will be chances to be involved with different health organizations in a consulting environment that is both supportive and challenging.

Responsibilities

  • Support the key healthcare transformation initiatives (hospitals, health authorities, public health, payers, ministries).
  • Create learning strategies, curricula, and capability-building programs.
  • Conduct learning needs assessments, change impact assessments, and readiness analysis.
  • Be present for the medical professionals, employees, and management during the changes (EHR, digital health, workflow changes, regulatory updates).
  • Use digital tools and analytics.
  • Work with clinical, operational, and technical teams.
  • Your contributions regarding proposals, insights, and thought leadership will be a plus to the Health practice.

Requirements

  • More than 3 years of consulting experience in Learning, Change, Human Experience or HR development.
  • Exposure to hospitals, regional systems, public health, payers, and ministries.
  • Very good in problem-solving skills that basically involvesmanaging stakeholders, and conducting analyses.
  • A communication degree with high proficiency in English.
  • More than three areas of expertise: learning strategy, instructional design, facilitation, change analytics, measurement, design thinking, capability building, Agile/enterprise change.
  • Participation in projects modernizing HRE/EMR, transforming clinical workflows, or implementing major digital health programs.
  • Proficient in using digital tools/analytics for adoption and engagement enhancing.
