Job Description
- Tesla Advisor, Delivery is a full time customer support and vehicle delivery role based in Kelowna, British Columbia.
- The position supports customers after vehicle orders are placed and helps maintain smooth delivery operations.
- The role works within Tesla’s Sales and Customer Support division in a fast moving retail setting.
- Evening, weekend and holiday shifts may be part of the work routine.
- Employees are supposed to work with delivery teams, store staff and customers throughout the purchase process.
- The position includes competitive hourly pay, cash and stock awards along with employee support programs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare customer loan documents and complete delivery related paperwork.
- Support smooth delivery appointments by working with store employees and delivery teams.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Tesla products and services to customers.
- Review delivery routines and help improve customer experiences at the store.
- Prepare reports to support training and service improvements.
- Maintain store fleet records including service coordination and accident reporting.
- Support delivery preparation, direct deliveries and additional store needs as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of work background in customer service is required.
- Candidates must be active team members and can work well with others.
- Candidates must be highly organized and skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools including Salesforce preference.
- Candidates must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays in a retail environment.
- A valid Canadian Class 5, G or G2 driver’s license must be maintained.
