Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for understanding product alignment with overall business and company strategy, identifying guest and business problems, and determining what inputs are required.
- The candidate must be responsible for sizing features considering Guest & Business Impact and Org & Technology Impact and participating in sizing sessions for small to midsize products or projects.
- The candidate will be responsible for documenting high-level requirements, acceptance criteria, and KPIs that support product strategy and help achieve key objectives.
- The candidate will be responsible for making data-informed decisions grounded in organizational priorities, customer feedback, analytics, benchmarks, industry reporting, and emerging trends.
- The candidate must define metrics for their work output within a defined measurement framework and map them to KPIs and OKRs.
- The candidate must measure and report on the success of features and enhancements delivered in support of global B2B capabilities.
- The candidate must collaborate with developers and business analysts to iterate solutions and find the right balance between customer and business value and level of effort.
- The candidate must define sizing features and participate in sizing sessions.
- The candidate must ensure a continuous cycle of feedback from stakeholders and guests is integrated into product planning and development through backlog grooming, refinement, and prioritization activities.
- The candidate must collaborate with business stakeholders and product managers to understand requirements and ensure they are reflected in solution design and prioritization.
- The candidate must work with the technology team on training and rollout of new features to business users.
- The candidate must collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Technology to deliver shared solutions that scale across regions.
- The candidate must support delivery of core B2B capabilities including catalog management, order integration, partner onboarding, and order tracking.
- The candidate must support the transition from manual and interim tools to automated platform experiences.
- The candidate must support change management activities to enable successful rollout to impacted stakeholders.
- The candidate must lead agile ceremonies and demonstrate completed features to stakeholders for digital products supporting order capture and partner enablement across multiple geographies.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must have 3β5+ years of digital product management experience with a focus on delivering guest-facing applications or customer service applications.
- The candidate may have up to 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of product management experience.
- The candidate must have a minimum BA / BS degree from a four-year accredited university, with an advanced degree preferred.
- The candidate must have experience with digital technologies, e-commerce, payments, and mobile applications.
- The candidate must have experience building or scaling B2B commerce platforms, wholesale tools, or franchise solutions.
- The candidate must have familiarity with B2B order flows, partner onboarding, OMS integrations, or multi-region rollout, which is strongly preferred.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working on products with end users outside North America, on an Agile Scrum team, and familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- The candidate must have strong core consulting skills, with a demonstrated track record of quality delivery and strong interpersonal and cross-functional relationship skills.
- The candidate must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- The candidate must have demonstrated experience in developing and delivering executive-level presentations.
- The candidate must be able to drive results independently while thriving in collaborative environments.
