  • The candidate will be responsible for assisting drivers in locating delivery locations.

  • Before leaving the warehouse, the candidate must record each delivery on proper paperwork.
  • The candidate will be expected to assist the drivers in moving the cabinet and other accessories from the box truck to the job site.
  • The candidate should be energetic with a positive attitude.
  • The candidate should be a quick learner.
  • The candidate will be required to obtain clients’ and customers’ signatures as proof of receipt of the delivered products.
  • To resolve complaints, the candidate must effectively communicate with clients and customers.
  • The candidate will be required to work in various locations

  • The candidate should be client focused.
  • The candidate must notify the Route Manager of any incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage.
  • The candidate must notify the Route Manager or Dispatch of any service interruptions, such as closed or impassable streets or alleyways, receptacles that are too heavy to service, or potential safety hazards.
  • The candidate will be expected to perform all duties as assigned by the Route Manager or Dispatch, as well as assist other drivers as needed to meet customer needs.
  • The candidate will be required to converse with the driver on long trips. This not only keeps the driver company, but it also keeps the driver awake and alert on long drives.
  • The candidate must operate all equipment in a safe and orderly manner.
  • The candidate will be required to have daily contact, which will necessitate courtesy, discretion, and sound judgement.
  • When backing up or driving in tight spots, the candidate will be required to act as a “spotter” for the driver

  • The candidate should have valid driver’s licence.

  • The candidate should be willing to work in an outdoor environment for long hours
  • Work may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.
  • Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions.
