Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for understanding how their specific product aligns with the overall business and company strategy, identifying guest and business problems that require solutions, and determining the necessary inputs.
- The candidate will be responsible for creating and owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new features across one or more mid-scale and mid-complexity products.
- The candidate will document high-level requirements, acceptance criteria, and KPIs that advance the product strategy and support key objectives.
- The candidate will attend, participate in, and lead agile ceremonies while demonstrating completed features to stakeholders for one or more mid-scale and mid-complexity products.
- The candidate will make data-informed decisions based on a sound understanding of organizational priorities, customer feedback, analytics, benchmarks, industry reporting, and emerging trends.
- The candidate will measure and report on the success of features and enhancements delivered for one or more mid-scale and mid-complexity products.
- The candidate will collaborate with developers and business analysts to refine solutions that balance customer value, business value, and level of effort.
- The candidate will define feature sizes and participate in sizing sessions.
- The candidate will ensure a continuous cycle of feedback from stakeholders and guests is integrated into the product planning and development process through backlog grooming, refinement, and prioritization activities.
- The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and product managers to understand requirements and incorporate them into solution design and prioritization.
- The candidate will partner with the technology team to support the training and rollout of new features to business users.
- The candidate will identify and lead change management activities to support rollout initiatives for impacted stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must have at least 5 years of digital product management experience, with an emphasis on delivering guest-facing applications or customer service applications.
- The candidate will be considered with up to 3 years of relevant experience as a substitute for product management experience.
- The candidate will be required to hold a BA or BS degree from a four-year accredited university, with an advanced degree considered an asset.
- The candidate must have experience with generative AI solutions, Agentic AI prompting, and customer service / CRM technologies, or Contact Centre as a Service.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working on products with customer-facing or customer support employee impact, experience working on an Agile Scrum team, and familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- The candidate must possess strong core consulting skills, including a demonstrated track record of quality delivery, interpersonal skills, and cross-functional relationship skills.
- The candidate must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- The candidate must demonstrate experience in developing and delivering executive-level presentations.
- The candidate must demonstrate the ability to drive results independently while thriving in collaborative environments.
- The candidate must demonstrate a deep desire to learn and improve by seeking, accepting, and acting on productive feedback.
