Job Description

  • The candidate must support the facilitation of cross-functional meetings, drive alignment, decision-making, and execution of key milestones and deliverables.
  • The candidate must contribute to executive presentations that clearly frame and visualize insights for senior-level audiences.
  • The candidate must maintain a continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities and supporting the design of future-state processes.
  • The candidate must support program management efforts for enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, including governance and performance reporting.
  • The candidate must develop, refine, and maintain program management standards, tools, reporting, and methodology.
  • The candidate will be responsible for coordinating working sessions with business partners and supporting all pre-session preparation and follow-up activities.
  • The candidate must execute work ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables in alignment with project design.
  • The candidate must support the design and delivery of key deliverables for senior audiences, including design, planning, and strategy materials.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should possess a University degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, or a similar field.
  • The candidate must demonstrate strong presentation skills and advanced ability to write strategic reports and presentations.
  • The candidate should have experience in program or project management for large-scale initiatives; certifications are considered an advantage.
  • The candidate must be highly proficient in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite; Power BI experience is considered an asset.
  • The candidate must be self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • The candidate must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause identification skills.
  • The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • The candidate must demonstrate a willingness to learn and a strong growth mindset.
  • The candidate must demonstrate the ability to influence and partner effectively with others as a strong team player.
  • The candidate must be able to work cross-functionally with different departments and organizational levels.
