Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for architecting and translating the NA Retail Vision into compelling, on-brand store experience models, defining retail experiences, services, and programs within the store format strategy, and building scalable programs that enhance guest experience, service offerings, and team engagement across the fleet.
- The candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of program managers to deliver end-to-end store solutions and programming, including discovery, concepting, design, pilot, delivery, and sustainment, ensuring initiatives strengthen differentiated service offerings.
- The candidate will serve as a trusted guest and educator experience strategist, consultant, and subject matter expert to retail leaders and enterprise partners, shaping cross-functional roadmaps and operating models to ensure initiatives are practical, adoptable, and consistently executed in stores.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be open to working in Vancouver (preferred), Toronto, Seattle, Los Angeles, Chicago, or New York City.
- The candidate must have 7+ years of experience in multi-unit retail leadership, retail strategy, and/or experience design.
- The candidate must have 5+ years of experience leading dynamic, high-performing teams.
- The candidate must have proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives at scale.
- The candidate must have strong experience translating strategy into operating models and driving behavior change, as well as developing collaborative business cases for strategic investments.
- The candidate must have exceptional ability to influence without authority and collaborate across functions.
- The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be a confident executive-level storyteller and presenter.
- The candidate should hold an MBA, advanced business degree, or equivalent experience.
- The candidate should have a Project Management certificate or equivalent experience.
- The candidate must acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for their actions and decisions.
- The candidate must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously seek innovative ways to achieve strong results.
