Job description

  • The candidate will be required to address customers’ complaints or concerns.
  • The candidate will be required to recruit staff.
  • The candidate will be required to train staff.
  • The candidate will be required to supervise staff.
  • The candidate will be required to negotiate with clients for catering.
  • The candidate will be required to negotiate with clients use of facilities.
  • The candidate will be required to ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • The candidate will be required to provide customer service.
  • The candidate will be required to negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • The candidate will be required to set staff work schedules.
  • The candidate will be required to monitor staff performance.
  • The candidate will be required to determine type of services to be offered.
  • The candidate will be required to implement operational procedures.
  • The candidate will be required to plan daily operations.
  • The candidate will be required to organize daily operations.
  • The candidate will be required to direct daily operations.
  • The candidate will be required to control daily operations.
  • The candidate will be required to evaluate daily operations.
  • The candidate will be required to organize inventory.
  • The candidate will be required to maintain inventory.
  • The candidate will be required to have ability to supervise around 5 to 10 people.

Requirements

  • The candidate should have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • The candidate should have equivalent experience in the concerned field.
  • The candidate should have an experience of at least 2 years to less than 3 years.
  • The candidate should have an experience in Business Equipment and Computer Applications.
  • The candidate should also have an experience in Point of sale system.
  • The candidate should be dependable.
  • The candidate should be comfortable with handling repetitive tasks.
  • The candidate should have interpersonal awareness.
  • The candidate should be a team player.
  • The work will involve a combination of sitting, standing and walking which the candidate should be comfortable with.
  • The candidate should be able to handle large workload.
  • The candidate should be able to work under pressure.
  • The candidate should be able to pay attention to detail.
  • The candidate should be able to manage tight deadlines.
  • The work will involve standing for extended periods which the candidate should be comfortable with.
