Job Description

• The candidate will be responsible for partnering with the SVP and leadership team to translate vision into actionable plans, align priorities, and monitor progress.
• The candidate will be responsible for serving as the SVP’s primary point of contact for requests, triaging priorities, and coordinating delivery across VP teams and stakeholders.
• The candidate will be responsible for owning quarterly business reviews, leadership meetings, and strategic offsites.
• The candidate will be responsible for designing agendas and ensuring follow-through on decisions.
• The candidate will be responsible for building strong cross-functional relationships and crafting narratives that clearly articulate vision and progress to senior leadership.
• The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with FP&A and Tech Ops on budgets and partnering with TPMO and global regions to drive process improvements.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in a technical field along with at least 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• The candidate must demonstrate strong technical and analytical acumen with the ability to independently handle reporting and analytics.
• The candidate must be detail-oriented, results-driven, self-directed, and accountable with strong project management and execution skills.
• The candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with executives.
• The candidate must have experience leading and developing teams focused on support, operations, and planning within technology environments.
