Job Description
- QA Analyst with Fraud Technologies supports software testing for fraud prevention technology platforms.
- This is a full time position based in Toronto, Ontario.

Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing with the development team.
- Develop test data and complete exploratory, system, regression, migration, back end and user acceptance testing.
- Write clear defect reports and prioritize issues with the development team.
- Conduct functional testing and create reusable test components.
- Work with developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Provide QA feedback on standards, user experience, performance and possible defects.
- Participate in product design, project planning and work estimation.
- Create and execute acceptance criteria based on business requirements.
- Review test cases and adjust the testing approach when needed.
Requirements
- Have 2 or more years of work background using Postman for API testing.
- Have 2 or more years of work background using GCP BigQuery to perform SQL testing on large datasets.
- Have strong knowledge of Confluent Kafka pipelines, message flows and downstream data validation.
- Have solid background in QA processes, Agile delivery, testing methods and testing procedures.
- Have excellent interaction skills and can prepare and present status reports, test results and functional testing reports.
- Show strong problem solving skills and can work with business requirements to create test strategies, test plans, test cases, acceptance criteria and test scripts.
- Have work background with both Agile and Waterfall projects and perform well in a fast paced environment.
- Can prepare QA testing time and effort estimates based on business requirements.
