- It is a seasonal role. This means it is temporary rather than permanent.
- Involves communicating with customers and representing Tesla.
- The demand will determine working hours.
- This position is part of the front-line team that takes care of customer satisfaction, brand experience and other seasonal deals.
Responsibilities
- Engage guests who visit Tesla
Open up conversations and make sure that they feel welcome. - Understand the intention and mentality of the guests. Build a profile for the customer.
- Answer any questions that arise in your conversations and give guests a proper experience of the product of Tesla’s services.
- Conduct interesting and educating orientations about the product .
- Make sure customers feel excited and confident about their Tesla vehicle.
- Schedule test drives and identify interested buyers regularly.
- Make sure the quality of customer service remains the best in the industry.
- Meet any business needs through other relevant tasks
Requirements
- More than at least a year of customer service or sales experience
- Proven track record for meeting set goals on time
- Excited and invested in the Tesla Mission
- Can understand and dictate business
ideas and technicalities to customers - Aware of team mentality and value of team work
- Detail oriented attitude
- Strong communication skills(both verbal and written)
- Highly organized
- Handy with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Ability to work evening shift, on weekends and on holidays in the retail sector
- Valid driver’s license
