Job Description
- The candidate must manage outlet inventory flow by setting and modifying inventory parameters to improve replenishment and allocation processes.
- The candidate will be responsible for using systems, tools, and data to optimize inventory investments across store locations, distribution centers, and e-commerce channels.
- The candidate will be responsible for analyzing historical data and current business trends to identify risks and opportunities and recommend strategies to achieve financial goals.
- The candidate will be responsible for executing planning, reporting, analysis, and decision support activities under the direction of an Outlet Planner.
- The candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed analysis to improve category performance.
- The candidate must support financial objectives by maximizing sales, optimizing inventory, and improving profitability.
- The candidate will be responsible for preparing for and participating in Business Review meetings and Store Enrollment calls.
- The candidate will be responsible for demonstrating initiative by identifying opportunities beyond day-to-day operations to maximize sales potential.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must hold a college certificate or a university degree.
- The candidate must have one to three years of merchandise planning experience.
- The candidate must have previous experience using merchandise and planning systems.
- The candidate must have expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- The candidate must work effectively as part of a team and perform assigned responsibilities independently.
- The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The candidate must be highly organized, thorough, and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively.
- The candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail.
