- Detailer focuses on high-quality vehicle detailing and supporting the collision repair process for Tesla’s advanced EV models. This role requires a high level of detail and commitment for teamwork, and rooting for a smart person who can be active in the afternoon.
- Complete high-end detailing on Tesla vehicles including cleaning, polishing and all finishing touches.
- Support Collision Repair team by preparing vehicles for repair, as well as post repair detailing.
- inspections of vehicles, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Should maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
- Work friendly with other technicians or team members to support workflow needs.
- Detail in accordance with procedures, using appropriate tools and products to complete detailing work.
Responsibilities
- Utilize varieties of hands, power, and shop tools safely.
- Can observe and explain the process of inspecting, adjusting, and certifying equipment as asked .
- Record accurate data on time spent, materials used, and work completed.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of customers’ vehicles during the repair process.
- Implement detailing techniques including wet sanding, polishing, buffing, wax, and paint correction.
- Use basic automotive investigation and servicing skills to assist in preparing for services.
