Job Description

  • The position has a focus on Customer Experience & Branch Performance through the management of all aspects.
  • There will be a Customer-Focused Environment & provide Collaboration across all Teams.
  • Employees should be responsible for managing and resolving escalated customer issues and maintaining Trust with Branch Customers.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the team at a branch to provide a consistent and positive customer experience.
  • Manages day-to-day operations, scheduling of staff and other administrative functions of the branch.
  • Identifies customer needs and matches them with solutions to drive business growth.
  • Creates strong community presence and partnerships to build the TD brand.
  • Creates an environment where employees can work together and focus on customer service and be successful.

Requirements

  • An undergraduate degree is needed.
    Completion of the Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) designation.
  • Successfully complete certification in either the IFIC or Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
  • Knowledge of retail banking and investing and credit processes.
  • Skill in using MS Office, Digital Banking Tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, good judgment, strong leadership.
