Job Description
- Seasonal Customer Experience Specialist supports customers throughout their Tesla showroom and vehicle delivery experience.
- This is a seasonal temporary position based in Richmond, British Columbia.
- The position offers exposure to advanced electric vehicle technology and Tesla products.
Responsibilities
- Welcome showroom visitors and start meaningful conversations with guests.
- Learn about customer interests, purchase plans and vehicle needs.
- Answer product questions and provide personalized vehicle demonstrations.
- Conduct delivery orientations and explain vehicle features to new owners.
- Capture customer information and arrange test drive appointments.
- Identify interested buyers and support sales pipeline activities.
- Provide outstanding service to current and future Tesla owners.
- Complete additional duties as needed to support business operations.
Requirements
- Possess at least 1 year of customer service and or sales work background with a record of achieving goals.
- Show enthusiasm for Tesla’s mission and developments within the electric vehicle industry.
- Can explain business topics and technical info in a clear, forward way.
- Bring a good attitude that will help you work in a team.
- Show strong written and verbal interaction skills.
