Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are required to develop and implement detailed plans and recommend policies regarding program-specific requirements.
- They’re also appointed at this post to conduct research, identify stakeholder requirements and analyze business processes for opportunities to optimize operational efficiencies, effectiveness and service delivery to clients who applied for this post.
- People working at this post are required to analyse and identify program delivery impacts and make recommendations based on the assessment applied for this post.
- They’re required at this post to prepare, develop and negotiate agreements with other divisions, partner organizations, agencies, and community groups.
- Candidates appointed to this post are required to negotiate and implement innovative solutions to complex project challenges involving multiple stakeholders to achieve assigned objectives working at this post.
Job requirement
- Applicants must have post-secondary education in a relevant professional discipline or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience to be eligible for this post.
- They must have extensive experience in leading complex projects.
- Candidates must have experience managing project budgets, and schedules, and identifying and mitigating project risks to be considered as an asset for this post.
- They must have knowledge of current affordable housing, urban planning and land development issues and trends in a Canadian context to be considered as an asset for this post.
- People applying for this post must have strong administrative skills with highly developed facilitation and problem-solving abilities to be considered an asset for this post.
