Job Description

• The candidate will be responsible for establishing work schedules and procedures.
• The candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
• The candidate will be required to prepare and submit reports.
• The candidate must be able to ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
• The candidate will be responsible for arranging maintenance and repair works
• The candidate will be expected to solve work-related issues.
• The candidate will be expected to train employees on their duties and policies.
• The candidate will be required to coordinate, assign and review work periodically.
• The candidate will be expected to plan, organise, and supervise the organization’s operational logistics.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate will be expected to supervise staff in a variety of areas of responsibility.
• The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
• The candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate should be a good team player.
