Job Description

The candidate must install sprinkler heads and mount prepared pipes in supports.
The candidate must select, measure, cut, ream, and thread pipes.
The candidate must connect piping systems to water mains, supply tanks, pumps, compressors, and control equipment.
The candidate must install clamps, brackets, and hangers to support piping systems and sprinkler and fire protection equipment using hand and power tools.
The candidate must install valves, alarms, and associated equipment.
The candidate must join pipes and piping sections using soldering and welding equipment.
The candidate must supervise other workers.
The candidate must measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to the required shape and size.
The candidate must test systems for leaks using testing equipment.
The candidate must read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.

Job Requirements

The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
The candidate must hold a certificate of secondary (high) school graduation or possess equivalent experience.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.
The candidate should be a good team player.
The candidate should be reliable.
The candidate must be a quick learner.

The candidate must work in a wet/damp environment.
The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
