Job description

  • The candidate will be required to determine and establish office procedures.
  • The candidate will be required to determine and establish routines.
  • The candidate will be required to arrange seminars and conferences.
  • The candidate will be required to co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  • The candidate will be required to answer telephone.
  • The candidate will be required to relay telephone calls and messages.
  • The candidate will be required to compile data.
  • The candidate will be required to type correspondence.
  • The candidate will be required to proofread correspondence.
  • The candidate will be required to type and proofread forms.
  • The candidate will be required to type and proofread other essential documents.
  • The candidate will be required to schedule appointments.
  • The candidate will be required to confirm appointments.
  • The candidate will be required to open regular and electronic incoming mail.
  • The candidate will be required to distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information.

  • The candidate should have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • The candidate should have equivalent experience in the concerned field.
  • The candidate should have an experience of at least 7 months to less than 1 year.

  • The candidate should have specialization in handling invoices.
