Job Description
- The candidate must have mountain driving experience.
- The candidate must operate and drive straight or articulated trucks in order to transport goods and materials.
- The candidate will be responsible for performing pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, as well as overseeing all vehicle aspects.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English or French languages.
- The candidate must have a certificate of secondary (high) school graduation or equivalent experience.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must have an air brake (Z) endorsement, a driver’s licence (class 1 or A), a class 1/1F/A licence (semi trailer trucks), a class 3/3F/DF licence (trailer trucks, vehicles with more than three axles), and a class 5/5F/G licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
- The candidate must be able to lift more than 45 kg (100 lbs).
- The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
