Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for leading the development of near- and mid-term Supply Chain strategies to support the company’s overall business and growth objectives.
- The candidate will be responsible for assessing and identifying Supply Chain capabilities that support cost efficiency, operational excellence, and competitive differentiation.
- The candidate will be responsible for integrating Supply Chain strategies with broader enterprise-level initiatives to support cross-functional goals.
- The candidate will be responsible for leading cost-benefit analyses to evaluate investments in capabilities, technologies, and processes.
- The candidate must lead operating model transformation initiatives by assessing current organizational structures and processes and developing future-state recommendations in collaboration with People and Culture (P&C).
- The candidate will be responsible for combining data-driven insights with qualitative research, such as stakeholder feedback and market trends, to support strategic decision-making.
- The candidate will be responsible for using advanced financial modeling, scenario planning, and data analysis tools to evaluate Supply Chain opportunities and risks.
- The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with leadership and strategic planning partners across the enterprise to integrate Supply Chain initiatives with broader business objectives.
- The candidate will be responsible for facilitating cross-department workshops that support a unified approach to strategy and planning.
- The candidate will be responsible for leading the annual operating plan process for Supply Chain.
- The candidate will be responsible for leading business case development for strategic Supply Chain investments.
- The candidate will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the roadmap for future Supply Chain capabilities.
- The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the transition of strategies into actionable initiatives in collaboration with operational leaders for discovery and implementation.
- The candidate will be responsible for staying current with emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in the apparel retail and supply chain industries.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must hold a B.A./B.S. degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- The candidate with an MBA or Master’s degree will be preferred.
- The candidate must have 6–8 years of experience in consulting, supply chain, strategic operations, or project management, preferably within the apparel, retail, or consumer goods industries.
- The candidate must have experience supporting or leading workstreams and projects, building models, conducting analyses, and contributing to cross-functional strategy initiatives.
- The candidate with experience in the apparel, retail, or consumer goods industries will be preferred.
- The candidate must have strong analytics and modeling skills, including proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
- The candidate must translate business problems into actionable strategies and develop multiyear roadmaps and business cases.
- The candidate must have strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise materials for leadership.
- The candidate must present insights effectively to cross-functional partners and leadership.
- The candidate must acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for their actions and decisions.
- The candidate must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously seek innovative ways to achieve strong results.
