Job Description

• The candidate must interact with guests to ensure a positive experience while respecting their time.
• The candidate must assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions and support.
• The candidate must provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• The candidate must facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience by conducting accurate and timely guest transactions and executing omnichannel programs according to company standards.
• The candidate must move dynamically on the floor to continuously engage with guests and attend to guest or store needs.
• The candidate must receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action and “make it right” for guests.
• The candidate will contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive and engaging experience for all team members and guests.
• The candidate must establish supportive and productive relationships with all team members.
• The candidate will collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.
• The candidate will perform product presentation tasks such as returning items to place, restocking depleted items, and relocating or destocking products in accordance with company standards.
• The candidate will use in-store technology to support store operations and provide positive guest experiences.
• The candidate will perform cleaning tasks as needed throughout the shift to maintain the luxury environment of the store.
• The candidate must understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• The candidate will perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
• The candidate must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• The candidate must be 18 years of age or older.
• The candidate must be able to travel to the store using personal transportation.
• The candidate must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• The candidate must create and support an inclusive environment that values and celebrates differences.

• The candidate must enjoy working with and assisting guests to provide a positive guest experience.

Work conditions and physical capabilities

• The candidate must be willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
• The candidate must be willing to move throughout the store for most of their shift to assist guests and complete tasks.
• The candidate must be able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
• The candidate must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
