Job Description

  • The candidate will be required to prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks, structural tiles, or other masonry units.
  • The candidate will be required to lay bricks, stone, or similar materials to provide veneer facing.
  • The candidate will be expected to build and install prefabricated masonry units.
  • The candidate will be expected to construct patios, garden walls, and other decorative installations.
  • The candidate will be required to read sketches and blueprints in order to calculate the materials needed.
  • The candidate must lay bricks or other masonry units to construct residential or commercial chimneys and fireplaces.
  • The candidate will be required to cut and trim bricks and concrete blocks to specifications using hand and power tools.
  • The candidate will be required to estimate materials, labour, tools, and equipment.
  • The candidate will be required to restore, clean, or paint existing masonry structures.

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
  • The candidate should also know other languages including Spanish and Castilian.
