Job Description
- The Bilingual Administrative Coordinator position involves supporting the Royal Bank of Canada Family Office Services through providing comprehensive financial and estate planning solutions to clients.
- Financial Planning, Will and Estate Planning, and High-Net-Worth Planning Specialists require Administrative and Operational Support of their respective areas.
- Some of the support tasks for these areas include Managing daily Office operations to ensure they are Efficient and accurate, preparing, printing, packaging, and Mailing Client Reports and documentation, Managing Specialist Calendars, Meetings, and other related materials, preparing Monthly Expense Reports and Coordinating Travel Arrangements, Maintaining Office files and records, office equipment, and supplies.
- These support tasks help to facilitate the overall success of the planning process.
- Support for Business Seminars and Special Events; and Collaboration with internal Partners in Support of Providing High-Quality Client Service.
Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative duties of Financial Planning, Will & Estate, and High Net Worth Planning team members.
- Manage day to day office operations for productivity and accuracy.
- Create client reports and documents from the created files; prep them for distribution, print them out, package them, and mail them.
- Schedule, coordinate and support meetings for Financial Planning, Will & Estate, and High Net Worth Planning Team Members.
- Monthly Expense Reports, administrative requests, and other administrative functions are processed by my team.
- Oversee maintenance of all office supplies, equipment, files, and records of Financial Planning, Will & Estate, and High Net Worth Planning.
- Coordinate travel for Financial Planning, Will & Estate, and High Net Worth Planning team members as well as assist in the coordination of business seminars and other special events as required.
Requirements
- Should have better communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate in both English and French, to enable working closely with teams and partners.
- Preferred qualification is holding a current CSC and/or IFIC.
- Should have fine knowledge on technology.
