- Assist clients by preparing them to utilize the products and services available through digital banking and banking products to help increase retention and support new business growth.
- Help provide high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty and assist your branch to achieve extraordinary performance.
- Develop healthy relationships with clients and should have knowledge in banking.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers in-person at local branches and within their community to learn about their financial needs, wants, and potential banking opportunities.
- Advise customers on everyday banking products and services, credit products and services, and investment products and services.
- Educate and guide customers on the types of digital banking tools and services available to them.
- Process customer requests and process transactions that fall within the bank’s guidelines.
- Listen closely to customers to understand their goals so that personalized solutions can be created.
- Utilize proactive solutions to resolve and prevent issues for customers.
- Build and sustain meaningful relationships with customers and other bank associates.
- Create sales leads and refer customers, in order to help increase branch performance.
Requirements
- Mutual Fund Accreditation, (Investment Funds in Canada and Canadian Securities Course).
- Verifiable successful experience working with clients in a results-oriented sales environment.
- Regularly demonstrable use of digital media, including a variety of devices and extreme diversity among banking products.
- Ability to work all hours of business, across all locations.
