Job Description
- Applicants working in this post are appointed to create visual impact with mannequins, floor displays and merchandise presentations that enhance the Company’s image and Marketing directions and guidelines working at this post.
- They’re also appointed to execute marketing objectives, event set-up, shop set-up seasonal set-up and others working at this post.
- They’re also appointed to create excitement and the optimal customer experience through Special Events set-up working at this post.
- They’re required at this post to execute National and Regional ISM programs promptly working at this post.
- Lastly, they’re appointed to train and coach the Visual team on all aspects of visual creative elements at this post.
Job requirement
- Applicants must have completed a college diploma in retail management or related field to be eligible for this post.
- They must have 2 of 5 years of experience in the retail industry specifically in Visual to be eligible for this post.
- They must be confident and persuasive to get preferred for this post.
- Applicants must ensure the ability to sell, keeping customer’s needs in mind to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
- Applicants are also required to demonstrate appropriate selling behaviours to achieve selling and non-selling KPIs to deliver business objectives working at this post.
