Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to conduct research engagements to develop and articulate partners’ positions on strategic issues.
- They’re also appointed to develop governance resources and tools such as guides, procedures, templates, and website content.
- Candidates are also appointed to report writing that incorporates findings and recommendations that effectively communicate Key messages.
- They’re appointed to manage projects and initiatives including scope and timelines.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain a degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related discipline with at least 2 years experience in research, data analysis, consultation, project management and report writing.
- They must attain equivalent combinations of experience and education to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain experience interpreting and applying relevant legislation to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain a valid Class 5 Drivers Licence or provincial equivalent and the use of a personal vehicle for work.
- Candidates must attain experience working in local government to be eligible for this post.
- They must have dedicated experience in project management or coordination to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain strong communication and writing skills with the ability to collaborate at all levels in a large and complex organization along with the ability to think strategically with well-developed analytical skills.

- They must attain the ability to work independently and effectively lead multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
