Job Description
- Candidates interested in this post are accountable for performing technical duties, program registration and information, program support, general supervision, and quality service to customers working at this post.
Job requirement
- They must have completed Grade 11 along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role and working with the public to be eligible for this post.
- They must have a Current Standard First Aid certificate along with a Current CPR – 2-rescuer certificate to be eligible for this post.
- They must have excellent organizational skills and an ability to work in a multi-task environment.
- Applicants must have demonstrated effective decision-making and judgment to be eligible for this post.
- They must be able to format documents in various software programs and must be able to set up and maintain records and information management systems, hard copy and electronic.
- Applicants who applied for this post must attain the ability to work effectively in both a team setting and independently with minimum supervision.
Work setting
- Applicants must have Current AED Operator certificate and AODA Customer Service/IASR Training to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must have completed a college diploma in Administration, Recreation or related field, combined with a minimum of 6 months of experience to be considered as an asset for this post.
