• The candidate will be responsible for defining and driving a forward-looking AI research roadmap with a 3–5-year horizon aligned to business priorities.
• The candidate will be responsible for exploring emerging technologies, methods, and models to unlock future AI capabilities.
• The candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and optimization of complex AI/ML models.

Business Problem Solving

• The candidate will be responsible for translating complex business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
• The candidate must collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify high-impact use cases.
• The candidate will be responsible for ensuring research outputs are aligned with tangible business outcomes.

Strategy & Influence

Job Requirements

• The candidate must have 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong emphasis on research and innovation.
• The candidate must hold an advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field, with a strong publication record in peer-reviewed conferences and journals.
• The candidate must have proven experience leading technical research teams in industry or academia.
• The candidate must possess deep expertise in modern AI/ML techniques, including deep learning, NLP, generative AI, and optimization.
• The candidate must have a track record of developing novel models, frameworks, or applied research solutions.
• The candidate must have experience translating research into real-world business applications.
• The candidate must have strong collaboration experience working with engineering and data platform teams.
• The candidate must acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for their actions and decisions.
