Job Description
- The candidate will assist in the delivery of professional legal advice to government.
- The candidate will assist in the provision of prosecution services.
- The candidate will assist government in the development of policy, programs, and legislation.

Job Requirements
- The candidate must have successfully completed, or be enrolled in and expected to complete prior to May 1, 2027, a law-school level Canadian Evidence or Canadian Criminal Evidence course and a law-school level Canadian Criminal Law course.
- The candidate must have related experience in Canadian criminal law.
- The candidate must be located in British Columbia at the time of employment.

- The candidate will be required to work on disturbing cases, including those involving images of child sexual assault and child sexual abuse.

- The candidate will be required to work with traumatic violence or death scenes, including images of and evidence relating to deceased persons with catastrophic injuries.
- The candidate will be required to manage sensitive, graphic, and highly confidential information.
- The candidate must be prepared to handle negative public or media comment or criticism with limited ability to respond.
