Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining integrated program plans for highly technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams, platforms, and services while managing technical sequencing and dependencies.
- The candidate must define program problem statements where requirements are incomplete or ambiguous while partnering with technical teams to frame solution value, constraints, and trade-offs.
- The candidate must identify, document, and actively manage technical risk, including architectural dependencies, data complexity, platform constraints, and technical debt.
- The candidate will be responsible for serving as the link between architects, engineers, product leaders, and executives to define and align on problem statements, constraints, and trade-offs.
- The candidate will be required to manage program execution through governance frameworks with clear ownership, decision authorities, and escalation paths to ensure alignment with architectural guardrails.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
- The candidate with a PMP or program management certification will be preferred.
- The candidate must have 6–10 years of experience in technical delivery management, software engineering, program management, or an equivalent field.
- The candidate must have proven experience developing a solid understanding of how multiple systems, services, and data flows interact.
- The candidate must demonstrate the ability to identify cross-program technical risks and integration challenges.
- The candidate must have experience defining and delivering integrated technical program plans across engineering organizations with extensive cross-platform dependencies and comprehensive sequencing.
- The candidate must demonstrate the ability to analyze technical complexity at scale, map enterprise dependencies, and assess delivery feasibility across engineering organizations with architects.
- The candidate must have experience defining and delivering technical requirements that support the development, deployment, and management of a suite of generative AI capabilities within a complex organization.
- The candidate must acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for their actions and decisions.
