Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day data analysis activities, including the use of Excel, guest surveys, market surveys, and Brand Health Tracker tools.
- The candidate will be responsible for supporting the programming and quality assurance of surveys and screeners, including coding open-ended survey responses.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing initial hypotheses and identifying trends from research and data analysis.
- The candidate will be responsible for reviewing data and identifying key themes to develop actionable insights.
- The candidate will be responsible for determining the most effective methods to analyze data and derive accurate insights using available inputs.
- The candidate will be responsible for leading the synthesis of data and research for key enterprise fact packs and ad hoc requests, integrating insights into actionable strategic implications.
- The candidate will be responsible for supporting and leading qualitative interviews, including conducting interviews and developing interview guides.
- The candidate will be responsible for presenting key information verbally, visually, and in writing in a succinct, accessible, and understandable manner.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as social sciences, statistics, business, marketing, or a related discipline.
- The candidate must possess 1 to 4 years of experience in a relevant field such as market research.
- The candidate must demonstrate qualitative and quantitative research skills, including ethnographic research methods, data analysis, and proficiency in interpreting data tables.
- The candidate should possess knowledge of SPSS, Power BI, other analytical software, and database structures and design, which is considered an asset.
- The candidate must demonstrate strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities.
- The candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The candidate must acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for their actions and decisions.
