Job description
- Candidates will oversee each team member’s performance to ensure that contract obligations are met in full.
- They will provide guidance and coaching on ways to raise CVI.
- They follow up on territory account activities by keeping an eye on all assigned sales representatives’ performance and planning activities.
- They will diagnose and provide coaching to staff members to reduce performance variances.
- They create and execute corrective action plans in response to identified vulnerabilities or hazards.
Job requirement
- Candidates must complete tertiary education, ideally in a relevant field.
- They should have a minimum of five years of sales-related work experience.
- They should have superb coaching abilities.
Work setting
- Candidates should have a strong sense of business.
- They should have a strong aptitude for analysis and problem-solving.
- They must have excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking.
