Job Description

  • The candidate must lead the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and long-term (12–24 month) roadmap for omni fulfillment capabilities.
  • The candidate must translate guest and business problems into clear outcomes, priorities, and success metrics.
  • The candidate must lead discovery, MVP definition, and delivery across OMS, sourcing, and EDD flows.
  • The candidate must drive backlog refinement, prioritization, and sequencing while managing dependencies and risks.
  • The candidate will be required to work closely with Engineering, Operations, Program, and Analytics teams.
  • The candidate will be responsible for tracking post-launch performance and iterating based on data and insights.
  • The candidate will collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver fulfillment capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must have 5+ years of product management experience delivering complex, cross-functional products.
  • The candidate must have experience in omni-channel fulfillment, order management systems (OMS), inventory, or supply chain domains.
  • The candidate must demonstrate strong product judgment in prioritization, MVP definition, and trade-off decisions.
  • The candidate must be comfortable working with technical platforms and data-driven product environments.
  • The candidate must have strong communication skills to engage with senior and executive stakeholders.
  • The candidate is required to demonstrate personal accountability and awareness in all aspects of work and decision-making.
  • The candidate must demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to continuous innovation to achieve strong results.
  • The candidate must communicate with honesty and kindness while encouraging others to do the same.
  • The candidate must lead with courage and confidence, embracing opportunities while not being limited by the fear of failure.
