Job Description
- The candidate will support ET Managers and Senior Managers in defining, refining, and prioritizing strategic business problems and developing approaches and plans to address them.
- The candidate will be responsible for acting as an internal advisor to managers, directors, and executives on problem definition, options analysis, and solution design.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing operational process maps, capability models, and related operating model design outputs.
- The candidate will be responsible for supporting enterprise investment planning, including prioritization, dependency mapping, and funding analysis.
- The candidate will coordinate and collaborate with transformation enablement teams, including change management, communications, learning and training, and org design, to deliver transformation objectives.
- The candidate will be responsible for building trusted relationships across the organization to drive momentum for transformation initiatives.
- The candidate will be responsible for supporting the scheduling of working sessions with business partners and preparing work-back activities and reviews.
- The candidate will be responsible for supporting continuous improvement of the EBT toolkit and methodology.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, or a related discipline.
- The candidate must have 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, implementing corporate strategies, or large-scale operating model transformation programs.
- The candidate must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- The candidate must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause identification skills.
- The candidate must have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
