Job Description

• The candidate will be responsible for completing and managing style BOM initiation for mid to high complexity styles from concept development through production readiness.
• The candidate will be responsible for maintaining data integrity in Flex PLM and other relevant systems.
• The candidate will be responsible for organizing daily workflow activities to meet GTM deliverables and development timelines.
• The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with internal teams and external resources, including labs and vendor co-creation partners, to support innovation opportunities.
• The candidate will be responsible for mentoring and training team members on daily activity execution and operational processes.
• The candidate will be responsible for enabling effective communication and influencing cross-functional partners to support issue resolution at all levels.
• The candidate will be responsible for educating and encouraging business-oriented perspectives focused on big picture priorities.
• The candidate will be responsible for gaining support from audiences, peers, and stakeholders through effective verbal and visual communication.

• The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with key vendors to ensure standardized ways of working and communication are clearly established and maintained.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Candidates with specialized training in Technical Design, Product Management, or Product Development are preferred for this role.
• The candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of industry experience, preferably within Product Development, Product Management, or Sourcing departments.
• The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with Adobe Design Suite tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop.
• The candidate should have proficiency with Flex PLM or similar PLM software systems.
• The candidate should have familiarity or proficiency with Gerber Pattern Making and/or 3D software such as CLO and Browzwear, which would be considered an asset.
• The selected candidate should possess a solid understanding of all stages within the product life cycle process.
• The candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, initiative, and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• The candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• The candidate must have experience mentoring and training others.
• The candidate must engage and influence cross-functional peers and leadership during product presentations and discussions.
• The candidate must be self-motivated, demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, and maintain a collaborative mindset.
