Job Description

  • A strategic role that is internally focused and designed to support lululemon’s end-to-end value-chain transformation.
  • The role operates like an internal consultancy, identifying opportunities to improve operational processes and improve the way the company goes to market.
  • The role of Senior manager will engage as a thought partner to multiple functions partnering with our teams across brand, merchandising, planning, design, supply chain, and leadership.
  • The role will have a focus on aligning our business processes with guest expectations and lululemon’s overall business strategy.
  • The role will help create more efficient go-to-market approaches that utilize KPIs and continue to support lululemon’s creativity.
  • Must utilize opportunity to grow and consider cross functional strategies into the GTM processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a specialized section as part of the end-to-end GTM transformation.
  • Ensuring workstreams are delivered promptly and risks are escalated to leadership.
  • Oversee and implement initiatives like supporting executive reporting, documentation, and decision making effor. ts
  • Scope, plan, and project-manage major transformation programs.
  • Determine GTM processes within the total value chain. Focus on key areas of Assort & Buy, and Make & Move, as well as process mapping and solutions.
  • Act as an internal consultant to the Merchandising, Planning, Brand
  • Assist Supply Chain teams to clearly articulate problems with integrated solutions.
  • Develop strong cross-functional partnerships across teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience within consulting or business management.
  • Good knowledge of the apparel value chain and merchandising methods.
  • Ability to manage complicated workstreams.
  • Ability to think strategically, evaluate and analyze data and issues.
  • A strong communicator and the ability to simplify complicated topics into simple, organized insights.
  • Builds trust and strong, collaborative relationships.
  • A team player who will collaborate, be hands-on, and maintain discretion.
