Job Description
- Senior Java Backend Developer to collaborate with different Financial Services Technology team
- Lead the design and development of projects
- Projects will include creating scalable, high-performance backend systems
- Supporting mission-critical financial operations
- Plan, create and optimize platforms that support processes regarding transactions and data related services.

Responsibilities
- Utilize the Java programming language, Spring Boot, and PL/SQL to design and construct modern multi-layered backend systems.
- Plan and create modern microserviceS
Plan and create RESTful APIs. - Focus on scalability, and performance, also maintainability.
- Enhance the database schema and transactional SQL in Oracle or DB2.
- Can use tools like Jenkins, Git, Sonar, and uDeploy to automate CI/CD.
- Partner with DevOps teams so as to strengthen monitoring and release automation.
- Ensure robust delivery quality by supervising the following code execution as well as integration testing.
- Investigate issues crossing technology boundaries and promote ongoing improvement.
Requirements
- Needed 7+ years backend development experience in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with HP OO, ServiceNow, and HP Service Manager.
- Agile mindset, strong communication skills and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in financial services or asset management.
- Experience with derivatives, liquid alts, or private equity.
- Ability to direct technical, mentor the team.
