Job requirement

They must have completed a dedicated bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent discipline to be eligible for this post.
Candidates must have completed 5+ years of experience in a Technical Support environment or a similar technical function in a customer-facing role.
They must acquire a good understanding of public cloud providers like AWS, Azure, and GCP to be eligible for this post.
Candidates for this post must have experience writing, troubleshooting, and debugging basic SQL queries along with a good understanding of public cloud providers like AWS, Azure, and GCP to be eligible for this post.
Applicants for this post must have excellent writing and communication skills in English with attention to detail.
They must have strong teaming skills in a highly collaborative environment and the ability to function in global arenas to be preferred for this post.

Work setting
