Job Description

Candidate Overseas the daily operations at the communication and Dispatch area.
Candidates assist in the hiring, training, and performance management of the dispatch team.
Candidates have to attend and manage the internal and external calls.
Candidates ensure to receive and dispatch emergency calls by telephone and radio.
Handle the multi-dispatch calls and maintain proper documentation.

Job Requirements

The minimum age of candidates is not less than 18 years.
Candidates must have a physically fit body with good interactive skills.
Candidates must enroll in or be a graduate of the Emergency Telecommunication program.
Candidates must have working experience as a Supervisor in emergency communication.
Candidates must have good leadership skills with impressive verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-solving skills must be required.
