Job Description

• The candidate will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and entering slot and style information in the global line plan.
• The candidate will ensure that all relevant style attributes are entered accurately and remain consistent with the most recent attribute definitions.
• The candidate will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and entering slot and style information in the global line plan for non-seasonal style additions such as chase and Fast Turn.
• The candidate will be responsible for ensuring relevant style attributes are entered accurately and remain consistent with the latest attribute definitions for non-seasonal style additions, including chase and Fast Turn styles.
• The candidate will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and updating the style-colour assortment visual flow in alignment with the Colour Flow Milestone.
• The candidate must oversee all sample management activities, including maintaining sample inventory, coordinating sample shipments, and organizing samples.
• The candidate will be responsible for entering style-colour assortment information into the seasonal change tracker.
• The candidate will be responsible for communicating added and discontinued styles to the Product Development and Design teams.
• The candidate will be responsible for continuously monitoring regional selling results and collaborating with regional teams to understand global product and financial performance.
• The candidate will be responsible for supporting the team with global market and guest insight research.
• The candidate will be responsible for supporting the Global Merchant and Senior Merchant with content creation for key go-to-market gates.
• The candidate will be responsible for supporting the Merchandising team with day-to-day activities.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must hold a BA, BSc, BBA, BComm, or an equivalent bachelor’s degree.
• The candidate must have a specialization in Retail or Merchandising Management, which will be considered an advantage.
• The candidate with retail experience will be preferred, while merchandising experience will be considered an added advantage.
• The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• The candidate must demonstrate strong financial acumen and a solid understanding of retail math.
• The candidate must demonstrate a keen eye for product.
• The candidate must demonstrate a proven ability to build collaborative team relationships.
• The candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The candidate must accurately and efficiently manage data entry tasks.
• The candidate must be highly organized and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
• The candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks while working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• The candidate must be willing to travel domestically and internationally and work on the retail floor as required.
• The candidate must acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for their actions and decisions.
