Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with store leadership to implement the Community strategy through the pillars of community foundations while enhancing the guest experience.
The candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing relationships with local key partners, including Ambassadors, Sweat Collective members, studio owners, and lululemon Studio partner studios, to increase new guest acquisition and guest retention.
The candidate will be responsible for engaging with the local community to identify future Ambassador and partnership opportunities while strengthening the store’s presence as a community hub.
The candidate will be responsible for connecting with guests on the sales floor to understand their individual needs, provide technical product education, and integrate omnichannel programs into a seamless end-to-end guest experience.
The candidate will be responsible for attending, supporting, and hosting local and regional Community events as required.
The candidate will be responsible for executing the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
The candidate will be responsible for reviewing community-related business data and metrics to identify insights and provide recommendations to store leadership regarding Community events, projects, and initiatives.

Job Requirements

The candidate must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
The candidate must have the ability to travel to the assigned store using reliable transportation.
The candidate must have at least 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service, customer engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building.
The candidate with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent or above is considered an asset.
The candidate must have experience building or maintaining relationships with clients, groups, or partners and motivating team members to achieve goals or complete activities.
The candidate must create and support an inclusive environment that values and celebrates differences.
The candidate must behave in an honest, fair, and ethical manner at all times.
The candidate must be able to build professional relationships with team members and guests while developing partnerships across the company and within the community.

The candidate must be available for varying shifts based on store needs.
The candidate will be required to work shifts that include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The candidate will be required to work early mornings, late nights, or overnight shifts during peak timeframes, special events, or other business circumstances.
The candidate will be required to work in various locations and environments, including moving throughout the store with bright lights and loud music, as well as at locations across the community.
The candidate will build relationships with new people, strengthen community partnerships, and participate in fitness- or movement-related events.
The candidate will work as part of a team, perform tasks independently when required, and use a computer or other technical devices to complete assigned duties.
