Job Description
- The candidate must cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat.
- The candidate must wrap and package prepared meats.
- The candidate must weigh meats for sale.
- The candidate must cut poultry into parts.
- The candidate will be responsible for pricing meat products.
- The candidate must grind meats.
- The candidate must prepare special sausages.
- The candidate must prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products.
- The candidate must shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
Work setting
- The candidate must work in the supermarket and meat department and supermarket/grocery store.
- The candidate must be willing to relocate to the specified location.

Equipment and machinery experience
- The candidate must have experience with band saws, manual cutting utensils, power grinders, and sausage machines.
