Responsibilities
- Learn about customer needs, interests and purchase timelines.
- Educate customers about Tesla products, features and services.
- Conduct demo drives and Full Self Driving demonstrations.
- Provide delivery orientations and explain key vehicle features.
- Capture guest information and arrange test drives.
- Deliver excellent customer service to current and future owners.
- Perform additional duties as required by business needs.
Requirements
- Must have more than one year of customer service and sales work history with a record of meeting goals.
- Stay informed about EV trends.
- Can work with business topics and technical concepts when assisting customers.
- Must show a strong team focused mindset.
- Highly organized with strong written and verbal interaction skills.
- Skilled in MS Suite and CRM tools.
- Class 5, G or G2 drivers license for Canada.
