Job Description

Customer Experience Specialist is a customer focused role that supports guests throughout their vehicle buying and delivery journey.
This is a full time position based in Markham.

Responsibilities

  • Build personalized customer profiles by understanding customer needs and timelines.
  • Present Tesla products and answer customer questions.
  • Conduct demo drives and Full Self Driving demonstrations.
  • Provide delivery orientations and explain vehicle features.
  • Capture customer information and schedule test drives.
  • Identify potential buyers and support sales pipeline activities.
  • Provide excellent service to current and future vehicle owners.
  • Complete additional duties as required by business needs.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service and/or sales work background with proven results.
  • Can work with business topics and technical concepts and explain them clearly.
  • Strong team mindset and dependable work habits.
  • Strong interaction skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with excellent written and verbal interaction skills.
  • Skilled in MS Suite and CRM tools.
  • Get a Class 5, G or G2 driver’s license in Canada.
  • Must possess and maintain a motor vehicle salesperson license or certificate issued by the applicable provincial regulator for Ontario roles.
