- The candidate must monitor staff performance.
- The candidate must plan and organize daily operations.
- The candidate must recruit staff.
- The candidate must set staff work schedules.
- The candidate must supervise staff.
- The candidate must train staff.
- The candidate must balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
- The candidate must ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- The candidate must negotiate with clients for catering or the use of facilities.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
