Job Description

• The candidate must hand-iron laundered fine linens or dry-cleaned silk garments.
• The candidate must operate finishing equipment such as steam presses and use hand irons to finish pants, jackets, shirts, skirts, and other dry-cleaned and laundered articles.
• The candidate must check finished dry-cleaned or laundered articles to ensure they meet establishment standards.
• The candidate must use a hand-held steam iron to touch up finished garments and other items.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a related industry.

• The candidate must have experience operating a flat press, hand-held steam irons, a shirt presser, and a steam press used in dry cleaning.
