Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
• A candidate with experience is an asset.
• The candidate must have a Developmental Services Worker (DSW) Training Certification, CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and Personal Support Worker Certificate.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should be dependable.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate should be organized and flexible.
• The candidate must be capable of acting on their own initiative.

• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in bending, crouching, and kneeling positions.
