Job Description

  • A mobile, client-centered position for residential mortgage financing; this position focuses on mortgage solutions while developing relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a smooth transition from the time of application through disbursement with a strong emphasis on meeting the needs of the customer.
  • Work closely with internal team members such as underwriters to facilitate timely loan approvals.
  • Work in a mobile capacity to meet with clients at a location of their choice.
  • To provide personalized mortgage consultations and residential mortgage financing solutions, first establish & build consumer relationships with referral sources and community organizations.
  • Also proactively increase mortgage sales through referrals to the consumer.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated minimum 3 years of success in Mortgage Sales or Home Financing type positions.
  • A progressive, Trustworthy, Excellent Client Experience Orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building capabilities.
  • A results-driven (entrepreneurial) “sales hunter” with an established mindset for commission-based models.
  • Independent contributors within a mobile/flexible workplace environment.
  • Bilingual – Fluent in English and French – to accommodate the needs of our diverse client demographic.
