Job Description
- The candidate will be expected to conduct research into the feasibility, design, operation, and performance of mechanisms, components, and systems.
- The candidate will be expected to supervise and inspect mechanical system installation.
- The candidate must create maintenance standards, schedules, and programmes.
- The candidate must investigate mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance issues.
- The candidate will be responsible for project planning and management, as well as preparing material, cost, and timing estimates, reports, and design specifications for machinery and systems.
- The candidate must prepare contract documents and evaluate bids for industrial construction or maintenance.
- The candidate will be responsible for supervising technicians, technologists, and other engineers, as well as reviewing and approving designs, calculations, and cost estimates.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must be able to supervise 5 to 10 people.
- The candidate must have Project Management Professional certification (PMP)

Computer and technology knowledge
- The candidate must be familiar with project management software, image editing software, computer-aided design (CAD), and Microsoft Office.

- The candidate must have work experience in the following areas: installation, maintenance, and inspection of equipment or facilities, operations or production, purchasing, procurement, and contracts, quality assurance or control, and occupational health and safety.
Area of specialization
- The candidate must be knowledgeable in hydraulics and fluids, rotating equipment tools, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, and material handling.
